Please join us on Saturday, October 21st, at 12 Noon at the Berlin Country Club for the Bay State African Violet Society Inc.'s annual Membership Meeting.  

We are planning an afternoon gathering of fun and fellowship - which will include a yummy meal, a panel who will answer your questions on any aspect of growing African violets, a brief business meeting, potentially some member plant and leaf sales and a small raffle. 

Rather than selling raffle tickets this year, we will enter all registered attendees into a raffle for a limited selection of very nice door prizes. But we will ask that you bring your AV related questions with you for our expert panel to answer. We will have a bowl and writing materials available so you can enter your questions on a form we will provide in advance of the panel discussion.

Because it proved such a popular venue, once again we will be using the "Hitchcock Room" of the Berlin Country Club in Berlin, MA.  The Hitchcock Room is a large, airy space that normally holds around 100 people, so there will be plenty of room for us to spread out and to socialize.   The Berlin Country Club is easily located right off Route 495 (not too far from Tower Hill) and there is plenty of free parking.  Come early so you can chat with fellow members!
