Please join us on Saturday, October 1st, at 12 Noon at the Berlin Country Club for the Bay State African Violet Society Inc.'s annual Membership Meeting.  This will be our first "in-person" membership meeting since 2019! 

We are planning an afternoon gathering of fun and fellowship - which will include a yummy meal, a panel who will answer your questions on any aspect of growing African violets, a brief business meeting, potentially some member plant and leaf sales and a small raffle.  Rather than selling raffle tickets this year, as we have done in the past, we are asking that you submit a question or two, at the dinner, for our expert panel to answer.  Entering a question on a form we will provide at the venue will automatically enter you into our raffle!

We will be holding this year's luncheon meeting in a new location - the "Hitchcock Room" of the Berlin Country Club in Berlin, MA.  The Hitchcock Room is a large, airy space that normally holds around 100 people, so there will be plenty of room for us to spread out.   The Berlin Country Club is easily located right off Route 495 (not too far from Tower Hill) and there is plenty of free parking.
